Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Upon arrival, the hotel had a musty smell, and the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The room temperature seemed to be automatically regulated but was on the cold side, almost as if someone had been smoking inside. However, the location was the only aspect that I found enjoyable, surrounded by restaurants and easy highway access, although the late-night security measures were a bit concerning. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a major letdown with bitter-tasting dishes and high prices.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and right off the highway, but there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms and a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The staff was friendly and welcoming, although there was a misunderstanding about room charges. The dining options were limited, with just a basic breakfast. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the location.
The hotel has a few issues with the rooms smelling of cigarette smoke and being run down, but the manager Maurice was very accommodating. The location is good although a little secluded. The breakfast options were not entirely satisfactory.
